Installation Services
• All installation bookings are performed by our accredited engineers
• Next-day installation available in most areas (subject to availability)
• Installation fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
• 12-month workmanship guarantee on all installations

Product Delivery
• Delivery costs will be clearly displayed during checkout
• Standard delivery: 2-3 working days (UK mainland)
• Express delivery: Next working day (order by 2pm)
• Large items: Flat £24.99 delivery fee per order
• Small items: £7.99 delivery fee

Product Returns
• Physical products are covered by manufacturer warranties only
• For any product issues, customers must contact the manufacturer directly
• Installation services are exempt from standard return policies
• Unused, unopened products may be returned within 14 days (customer pays return shipping)

Consumer Rights
We comply with all UK Consumer Rights legislation including:
• The Consumer Rights Act 2015
• The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
• Sale of Goods Act 1979
